This website is run by UV International, trading as KINGG, 32 Ezra Street, Kolkata, West Bengal 700001 (GSTIN 19AJEPK0443N1Z1). It's for businesses, institutions and resellers buying stationery in bulk. By using it, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

Product pages, catalogues, the carton calculator and anything else on this site are information, not offers. Sending a quote request, dealer registration or branding request is an enquiry; it doesn't commit you or us to anything.

A contract exists only once we've sent you a written quote and you've accepted it. That quote sets out the products, quantities, price, applicable taxes, freight, payment terms and expected dispatch date. If anything in that quote differs from these terms, the quote wins.

Dispatch dates are estimates. We'll tell you as soon as we know of a delay.

When you send us a logo or artwork, you confirm that:

• you own it or have permission to have it printed on the products you order;
• printing it doesn't infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights.

You give us permission to use the file only to quote for, prepare and produce your order. You're responsible for any claim that arises because you didn't have those rights.

We may decline artwork we believe infringes someone's rights or is unlawful. Before production we confirm the placement with you; please check spelling, colours and position carefully, because branded goods made to an approved proof can't be returned (see Returns & Refunds).

The person who creates a company account is its owner and is responsible for who they add to it. Keep passwords private, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

We may suspend an account that's used to break these terms or the law. You can ask us to close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy.

Don't:

• send false information or enquiries in someone else's name;
• upload files containing malware, or content that's unlawful;
• try to access accounts or parts of the site that aren't yours;
• scrape the site in bulk or interfere with how it runs.

The text, product information, photographs and design of this site belong to UV International or are used with permission. You may share links and quote small extracts with attribution; please ask before reusing anything else. Product details are kept as accurate as we can, but always check the specification in your written quote before ordering.

We provide this website as it is and can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

For an order, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute can't be resolved by talking to us first, the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal, have exclusive jurisdiction.
